HC & S Wood Print

I still have mixed feelings about the “black snow” of our childhoods. Sugarcane helped to put food on our table, helped to put me through college…most importantly sugarcane literally determined my DNA. Hawaii is the melting pot that it is today because of the immigrants who came to harvest sugar, hoping to improve their lives. I’m really proud to have been born from a variety of cultures, and I have sugarcane to thank for that.
