Mano Wood Print

Starting a series of shapes found prominently in Hawaiian culture. 

This piece features a silhouette of a shark tooth dagger. The blade was crafted with teeth of a mano, or shark, and wood. Sharks are vital in Native Hawaiian culture as they are considered ʻaumakua, or family guardians.

Digitally printed by Chromaco in Oahu, Hawaii on birch wood. Printed using archival ink, a transparent ink that allows the wood grain visibility amongst the artwork. Ready to hang with just a single screw or nail!
